This report is the result of a two-year project led by a group of experts to examine the integration of social services to other selected public services. The integration covers a range of approaches and methods to improve the coordination and effectiveness between different services to best meet the interests of users, their families or staff assistance. Aimed at policy makers national and local levels, organizations and users of these services, the report provides examples from European countries and provides broad guidance on the design and implementation of effective policies and practices of integration.
